These terms govern your use of Suited Resume (the "Service"), available at suitedresume.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Suited Resume uses AI to tailor the resume content you provide to a specific job posting you provide, and produces a downloadable document. The Service rewords and reprioritizes your content; it is designed not to invent employers, titles, dates, degrees, or certifications, and to add skills only when you confirm them.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- Accounts are for one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Credits and payment
- Generating (or regenerating) a tailored resume consumes one credit. Credits are granted free at signup after email verification, or purchased in packs at the prices shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
- If a generation fails, its credit is automatically returned. Otherwise purchases are final and credits are non-refundable except where the law requires; if something went wrong, contact us and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Prices may change; changes never affect credits you already own.
4. Your content and responsibility for output
- You own the resume content you provide and the tailored documents the Service produces for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content to operate the Service, and nothing more.
- Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not submit another person's personal information without their permission.
- AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every tailored resume before using it, and for the truthfulness of any document you send to an employer. The Service is a writing tool, not a guarantee of accuracy, interviews, or employment.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to create fraudulent or deceptive documents;
- probe, overload, scrape, or attempt to bypass the Service's security or usage limits (including credit checks);
- resell access to the Service without our written permission;
- create accounts by automated means or farm free signup credits.
6. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund your unused purchased credits.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost employment opportunities.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will note it on this page and update the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
